Products and services

Our work developing next-generation optimization solutions that reduce time and calibration overhead is helping automotive engineers design cleaner cars, faster. Our machine learning approach helps  our customers reduce their carbon footprint by developing more sustainable products and processes. Our solutions help car makers reduce their need for raw materials, and save time and energy in design simulation and physical prototype testing. We adhere to best practices in carbon emissions reductions and minimize the environmental impact of our services by using data centres in regions where clean-energy generation is prevalent.

People & culture

We champion inclusion and diversity at all levels, celebrating our individual differences and acting as one cohesive team. We are committed to improving gender balance, and undertake activities that drive equality across the artificial intelligence (AI) and engineering industry at large. We are establishing Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programmes to help educate the community about how AI  and engineering can drive positive social and environmental change, and introduce potential careers to under-represented groups of people. We support local community initiatives with funding and time. We are passionate about the success of our people, sponsoring professional qualifications and skills training to support fulfilling roles and personal development.

Operations

We continually strive to reduce our carbon footprint, embedding sustainability best practices in all aspects of our business. We select vendors and partners that demonstrate commitment to sustainability, and we positively manage and influence our supply chain. We encourage flexible, hybrid working to enable our people to make smart choices about how, where and when they work and encourage virtual communications where possible to avoid excessive travel. In our office, we are committed to reducing waste going to landfill by providing in-office recycling facilities for office waste; using FSC-certified paper where possible; encouraging our employees to reduce energy consumption within the office environment and we use energy efficient off-site servers where practicable. We support sustainable travel, running a popular Bike2Work scheme and offsetting all business travel for all employees.
